Carlene Cordova

I’ve been drawing animals since I could hold a crayon and have never stopped.

My award-winning wildlife artwork has been repped by galleries in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and on Scottsdale, Arizona’s gallery row.

I’m an entrepreneur, artist, and designer. Though I have extensive experience in design for digital products, motion graphics, film key art, and product design; I’m also a video/film producer/director and a writer.

I was lucky enough to begin my career working in film and TV. Eventually this led to me doing some motion graphic design for TV commercials, which led to me becoming a web designer. I landed a gig designing an award-winning film website for Sony Pictures Entertainment, and they hired me on full-time. This led to me leading the production and design of many websites, some which won Key Art and Webby awards.

Since launching my first eCommerce business, Arcane Objects, I’ve been interested in fabric, fashion and housewares design. While I’m still painting, and my art is evolving, I love design and am just as comfortable working with analog as with digital tools.

I have personally designed or painted all of the products for sale through this site and my Etsy shop. I love it that the Print on Demand industry has made it possible for creatives folks such as myself, to offer their work on a variety of products!
